The feedback that I received from guests ranged from brilliant to best wedding reception they ever attended.

The food was great (better than Hilton, Stamford and Westin weddings and events that I have been to recently).  The manager who helped us on the night  and the wait staff were very attentive on the night and worked hard to make it extra special for us.

We had a wonderful night and the whole family loved it! The thing that it made the experience even more wonderful was our FANTASTIC , funny and very friendly waiter. “The evening went ahead without a hitch, even after throwing a few “curve balls” at the chef and ground staff (an extra 10 people).  I was extremely grateful for how quickly and easily these extra persons were accommodated in the seating format and most importantly, catered for.  Lewis and the chaps from Impact did a great job with A/V requirements, including a small stage at the last minute to accommodate the layout.

The venue itself was perfect for event and many positive comments were received.  Thank you also to Louise for assisting me to be organised in the lead-up to the event – not being an events person, I appreciated your thoughts.

The food was absolutely fantastic and ad-hoc reports from the group indicated our meal at L’Aqua outshone the meal at last night’s gala event at the convention centre.  Nadeem provided exceptional service throughout the evening.  Please pass on my thanks.  And lastly, thank you for the wine gift at the end of the evening – a lovely surprise.

This is an annual event, normally held at a pub on the north shore.  After our experience with L’Aqua and the Dockside Group, I am sure we will be back”.
