Dockside Group’s Thomas Hawley, Head Chef at Waterfront and Wolfies Restaurants boasts a diverse and successful culinary career. Completely self-taught, Hawley learnt everything he knows from working in kitchens, with no formal training.
Hawley has gained experience working as a chef for over ten years in a range of local and international restaurants in England, France and Australia. He’s worked at many of Sydney’s top restaurants including Level 41, Catalina, Swiss Grand Hotel Bondi and overseas at London’s, La Pont de la Tour and Richard Branson’s Roof Gardens.

No split bills. All tables of 9 persons and under - cake charge is $5.50pp. All tables of 10 persons and over the cake charge is $3.50pp.
A surcharge of $5 per person is applicable to adults on weekends and public holidays.
