No split bills. All tables of 9 persons and under - cake charge is $5.50pp. All tables of 10 persons and over the cake charge is $3.50pp.

A surcharge of $5 per person is applicable to adults on weekends and public holidays.

  • Wolfies Head Chef Thomas Hawley

    Dockside Group’s Thomas Hawley, Head Chef at Waterfront and Wolfies Restaurants boasts a diverse and successful culinary career. Completely self-taught, Hawley learnt everything he knows from working in kitchens, with no formal training.
    Hawley has gained experience working as a chef for over ten years in a range of local and international restaurants in England, France and Australia. He’s worked at many of Sydney’s top restaurants including Level 41, Catalina, Swiss Grand Hotel Bondi and overseas at London’s, La Pont de la Tour and Richard Branson’s Roof Gardens.
    Having spent the past four years at Dockside Group’s restaurants at The Rocks, highlights of his tenure include:

    • Appearing on Channel 7’s Morning Show cooking segment
    • Representing Dockside Group cooking at the ABEE Taste Kitchen at Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre for three consecutive years
    • Appearing on radio and in an online ad as part of Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authorities dining out campaign in The Rocks
    • Appearing in Dockside Group’s corporate video

    Hawley's approach to his cooking revolves around sourcing the freshest ingredients available.  He possesses a creative approach to his craft and is committed to delivering highly-favourable and aesthetically pleasing cuisine.
