Evening Venue Manager [5pm to Close]
Dockside Group are a successful, family owned hospitality business with function venues at many first-class waterfront locations in Sydney.
We require an experienced Evening Venue Manager to join our existing dynamic management team & ensure consistency of food & beverage service.

Essential requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a restaurant or cafe/bar manager within an establishment and/or high volume cafe/hotel/restaurant operation
• Current RSA certificate
• Be able to work at a fast pace & think on your feet at all times
• Excellent time management & organisational skills
• Ability to maintain work relationships & provide superior customer service
• Able to work closely & efficiently with internal departments
• Experience in end of shift reconciliation & cashiering
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experienced in problem solving & complaint management
• Full availability is required. Working flexibility and evening from 5pm to close weekdays and weekends corporate functions and weddings.
